Material or not. If an offer was put on the table. Then maybe a NR should have been put out. I know Teck has to approve the NR`s but I think this should fall under the term of " In good faith"

Some where along the line Teck has to approve NR`s....even if it hurts them or not.

IF we do not get these NR`s where do we as shareholders sit?

I know they just need to please Ernesto, but is not Ernesto a sharehold just like all of us?

IF Teck did offer something, then it sure woould be nice to know what Teck is valued Schaft Creek at?
