-Many mineral projects under ownership
-Very expensive development projects with billion dollar Capex.
-Total reserves of all projects over 900 million tonnes vs. Schaft Creek's 940 MT
-Company has 411 million shares outstanding
-Large undeveloped deposits
-Long minelife with expansions
-Buyout represents a 90% increase in price over 1 year chart
-Aquila Resources owns 50% of the deposits within their portfolio
-Few majority shareholders with large insider ownership stakes
-Aquila has 500 million cash in the bank though
Aside from the metals owned and cash position, I see alot of similarities with these two companies when comparing Copper Fox and Aquila.
