Grant I feel your pain as well.

When the JV was formed the way it is today, I thought ....."this is going to take some time now" Just my opinion .....but it sure is looking that way now.

I also invested in Schaft Creek.

Now? well no need to get into that.

I still am waiting for "Plan B" ???
