From the news release back in April.

Under the subscription agreement with Desert Fox, Carmax has agreed to use the proceeds of the private placements to carry out a field program on the Eaglehead property this upcoming summer.

They are using the money in Eagleridge, BC, not Dominican Republic.

Maybe you should have try reading the NR instead.
