I agree with that reasoning also Prospekt, but sometimes I feel that if they are looking for a good deal on a company that is undervalued, with good property they shouldn't have to look elsewhere, we CUU fit that strategy. IMO. I am not sure I buy the "blackout" answer that we often read of.
