I have phoned Elmer for the last 3 years. Id say about every 4 months.

If your talking about before the BFS, I was estatic....Elmer and myself.

After the BFS, ...well Elmer made it sound good and at the time, I sure was with him. I thought , yes ....Teck will have no choice but to buy us out. The pounds in teh ground are still there.

If your talking about the Arizona properties....Elmer made it sound good again. As a matter of fact, I was told that the Arizona properties would move quicker than Schaft Creek because of the previous work.

Everytime I spoke with Elmer....he made everything sound "GREAT". The last time I spoke with him was about 3 months ago and he was ticked off with the bull boards.

Then for the first time I asked him,,,,well Elmer. After 3 years ...Great BFS....Great jv with Teck....could there be any truth to the sedimate of the bull boards. I did find this stament funny thou....because a long time ago I asked Elmer about the comments on teh bull boards and he told me he dont look at them ,,,,he didnt have time for that.

Now where here today....I am not phoning as much anymore, why?
