At first glance I thought ....OK, buttering up those in charge .....maybe? But then I looked down to the comments.

I was going to paste the story but I thought it would be better just to paste the link so everyone can look at the comments below. Chime in if you have an opinion. I thought it would be good to donate to gov't. Maybe im wrong?
