The whole if your not happy sell and go away is a Bunch of grabage(other words available, but to follow the rules garbage will work) there is value here, but using data out of date while new investors maybe reading is not "cool" we have published numbers where improvements could be made. Conservative is the key word not "hadicapped" or any of the other adjectives used. actually even with the BFS numbers by golfyeti's post we are still almost a double from here. I am adding at this point so get off the pot with sell and go away.
