And fair value is a moving target that changes along with the metrics the fair value was based on. And yes, fair value is not based on share price, but profitability on your investment is based on share price, because if you don't sell higher than you bought, you will not profit, regardless of whatever fair value buyout offer was agreed upon by both parties.
