This should be a copy of the letter. I think it has to be public when dealing with the EA. Presumably that's the only reason we actually know anything.

I don't think Teck has ever mentioned the Teckland claims, whether buying them or selling them. I noticed they had been transferred when I was looking at the claims themselves and they registered them as sold.

They transferred the claims at the time they negotiated the JV with us. It makes sense because they can use the work done on GC to extend the deadline of the claims without paying more money. We don't really have any way of knowing what kind of deal was struck with NG over them.
