Surely the main factor depressing the price is the uncertainty as to when Teck will move. I suspect if Teck said tomorrow we plan to develope Schaft Creek into a mine soon then the price would jump to a$1.00. Unfortunately right now we can only speculate as to the "when". I have no real basis for the $1.00 estimate perhaps $2.00 would be a better guess perhaps not. I do agree with the majority here that we are vastly undervalued. I think Prospect nicely laid out our order of operations here. We won't see price appreciation until Teck submits the EA and shows the market they are moving ahead. Then look out.
