More numbers about Liard which I hope should clarify things but might confuse.

Currently Teck has a 75% overall interest in SC and we have 25%.

Teck/CUU have a 78% interest in Liard. Liard has a 30% NPI in SC.

CUU has an extra 1.5% interest in Liard.

What I think this means is that the revenues are split 75/25 between Teck and CUU during the payback period. Subsequently, the NPI kicks in and we split the revenue 70.5% Teck and 23.5% CUU and the remainder goes to outside parties.
