The increase in volume is quite promising and suggests new buyers are coming in other than the "Choir".

On a technical note, the chart has formed a nice base the past 4-5 months. It is now breaking above that base (and the 50DMA) on increasing volume.

It is still early, but the chart is showing some constructive behavior.....
