Well, Nadir, I'd like the price to be a lot higher than it is. I am just finding it a little refreshing that there is a buyer there, rather than the back and forth frisbee games that always dunk the price just at the closing bell.

So for me, it is nice, and better than the usual we've had for months. To be honest, I was quite worried that the summer doldrums would have left us even more vulnerable than we had been.
