I am in firm belief that there was serious talks before the 75% backin. Elmer is not a rookie nor is Ernesto. The Liard shares held by Teck , the first 20 Million to keep us a float and moving forward with Arizona (remember Elmer is into exploration not mining) all lead to me believing that once Teck can improve this mine plan it will all come to fruition. I may not agree with the way Elmer promotes this company but think he has done his best to realize this project. Arizona and Carmax are better than sitting at his desk twittling his thumbs until Schaft has completed.
