There is brief mention of Schaft Creek as a future mine in article on sh today. Not sure if this is same article we have been discussing but I don't think it is. Again it is Americans protesting Canadian rules. A bit strange since I think of American rules as being a lot less stringent than Canada's. It's sometimes a bit scary dealing with the Americans as they sometimes tend to do as they please. I remember all the rulings and appeals the Canadian lumber industry had to face during the 80's and 90's. Everytime they lost a court ruling they invented a new law. All they were really doing was delaying the day when they would have to abide by the free trade agreement they had signed.
