Not sure if that makes sense. So if this group of sh succeed and put the company in bankruptcy or financial distress, would they benefit? The sp would drop from the current $10 - $11 to next to nothing. After paying the lawyers and the trustees etc. how much would these sh hope to get per share, from liquidating the company? I would think a lot less than the $10 - 11 they can currently get. At least with an on-going operation, there is hope of recovering some of the losses with future earnings. The only people who would win in this class action are the lawyers. This is a lose-lose proposition! Of course JMO
