Oh, you are right, I had forgotten about the whole QP thing.

Maybe that is why Cathy was leaping over that and onto the production decision. Her thinking being that Teck would take the optimization results and then make the production decision. Cathy also told me we were in the "dead zone." That would be the bottom of that chart where we wait until production and major investors. (I told her I was well aware we were in the Dead Zone!)
