I should add that BigBuck said Teck may not be prepared to have their own QP certify the update anyway. It is possible even though usually the QP has to be at arms length.

It sounds like they don't believe Teck will update the FS, and will jump to the production decision (and maybe make us an offer prior to that point depending on who you speak with. Cathy says after production decision, Elmer has said before.)
