Botswana has blocked copper exports from the Congo because of the threat of ebola. The Congo doesn't have a lot of options for getting their copper out of the landlocked nation.

Glencore and Freeport have big mines there, and Freeport has already had a bad year with their delay on shipping from Indonesia.

This could further affect supplies, and ultimately the price of copper. All good things for us, but the best advantage for us is the perception that Africa is more risky.
