If there was any significant value to that property, I can't imagine that teck wouldn't have bought it up already. I don't get the impression that CUU is in control of the decisions here, and wouldn't expect that to be the case.

If I had to guess, I think CUU is being respectful of those who they're negotiating with at Teck and want to maintain that relationship. I hope that the focus is on our existing property, rather than trying to get more leverage by adding properties and complicating this already complicated courtship.
