You don't have to state "Teck" when you are constantly refering to whom would benefit the most from our reduced SP. But EE is Majority share holder who would not sell at a reduced price (from your conversations with him) and whom ever you are refering to in the past 3 years I'm sure by now they have to have more then the 9.9% allowed before disclosure rules would kick in.
