As I consider adding more shares with money Id need to scrounge up, I have a few thoughts I wonder if people could weigh in on.....

1) What are the actual avgs of the Insiders? Is there a website that shows this?

2) If the JV meeting does occur next week, it could produce something material....(man, how many times have I been psych'd up for "things next week" in the past 4 yrs....and nothing nice for the SP). If not anything material, history tells us we will go lower, especially with tax loss selling where I could buy for even cheaper...

3) What would be the response of tck shareholders if Teck was to buy us out with shares or cash at these low levels for them? Is this a realistic situation and climate for them to do so in?

I know hindsight is 20/20, but man would I love to have the cash I have tied into this available to buy in now....Id have 8 X the shares....makes me feel sick
