That statement appears to originate from Youngmoney, not CUU. He needs to explain the math although Prospekt's accounting looks right. Since some of the funds were used for the cash distribution and other properties it's not really correct to say the JV spent the money on SC. It's created a lot of confusion which only YM can clarify.
