If the official JV figure is $33million that means Teck has spent over half of the 'free' $60million that they can spend before our share starts kicking in. The initial $20M can't be included in that figure. It's confusing.
======================
If you are confused then we need some clearer information from the company. If expert eyes can't decipher it, they need to do better! Information from the company always seems to lead to more questions. Why can they not just say it clearly? It doesn't seem that hard to just lay it out as it is?
If the 20 million isn't included - Teck has spent WAY more than we have been led to believe.
I thought I had heard 10 million for the 2013 drilling previously, but maybe that was for the full 10000 meter drill plan (what did we drill? 4000 m?). For some reason that number rings a bell, but I'm likely wrong.
If it really is 35.5 million, then it is. If the company was going to provide as impressive number as possible - my logic would dictate they would include everything and not forget to add in the 2.5 million from this year. I checked the link and re-read it and I was wrong. My bad.
