I was at the AGM, which is Annual General Meeting. Do you get it yet? It would require a formal instrument like a BFS to be able to publish them. And he is not the author.

Someone posted something earlier regarding another way they could do it, I'm not a geologist. This was covered months ago after the AGM and you read it so stop asking bs questions.
