If you look at the Thaltan nations web site, you'll notice they have many business connections, and I recall from a conversation with the administrator about a year ago, that they have provided services to CUU in the past > i know drilling was one, and i believe catering was another.

And you're correct, they are looking forward to progressive and environmentally approved projects to enhance their band members.
