I agree with you that it won't take a lot, so hopefully there are some people with some dry powder left to keep the momentum going. We've been in a painfully long drought, but I don't think this will last forever and there are junior right now at what I see as ridiculous levels.
I include ourselves in that group - cashed up, very good project whick I expect will look better after the optimization studies and further "buffing", and in bed with a major player. Other than the waiting and our paper losses, it all looks pretty good to me.
