Message: why are we flat?

That sounds like diversivication to me. If CUU owns all these other properties, why would they have to consolidate? Consolidate what? Would that be to write off two losers on a winner or just haze the scoreboard? Heck, we don't even have a winner yet....

The consolidations, diversivications, and most other used up excuses by management are reflected right now in the 22 cent share price. Am I wrong on this?

Wow...no wonder you keep saying we paid $90 million for a FS and got $24 million back.

What deeppocket means is that once we remove 25% in SC from the company, we will consolidate the shares.

CUU -> owns 25% SC

-> owns 100% of Northern Fox (private company under CUU)

->owns 40ish% of Carmax

-> owns 100% of Desert Fox (private company under CUU)

->owns Somberto and Van Dyke.

So if they are going with a consolidation with the other companies. Imagine it like this.

You own 1000 shares of CUU right? So each share, you will also own 1000 shares of Norther Fox, and 1000 shares of Desert Fox.

When the split of companies start, you will remain having 1000 shares of CUU and its 25% of SC. (Whether there is buyout yet)

Your 1000 shares of Northern Fox and 1000 shares of Desert Fox will then do a reverse split (consolidate) say 10-1, to 100 shares each. Keep in mind that your value of your shares remain the same.

The reason for this is that they can continue to go to market for more money to further develop those assets. (this is where you can argue whether it'll dilute your money further or create more value) In the end, SC stays the same.
