Hoghead I understand your concern, but just like Teck could shelve us we can shelve other projects office wages and locations can be done probably in the range of 500k or so a year if need be Arizona one project already seems shelved the other moving at a snails pace (and could even go lower) the market will swing the other way sooner or later lets not jump the gun I have been concerned with this as well for about a year now, but have come to the conclusion nothing I or anyone here can do about it, whatever happens happens. At the end of the day we as minority shareholders have two choices 1 stay and wait or 2 sell and move on. I'm not one who says if your not happy leave (actually I hate that) but it is what it is.
