CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I go back and forth on this one: Will the shareholders know the optimization results before any buyout?
Try as I might I just dont see Teck wanting this released publicly, as the world will know it and it isnt in their best interest. I see it more logical to present them to cuu with an agreement for cuu to come back with their own valuation and rofo. I suppose this may have happened at the jv meeting as it was delayed for no apparent reason. But I don't know if this is legal.
