the meeting was delayed for one month, at Teck's behest, in order that they could complete the analysis of the results of the 2014 field program and incorporate them into their presentation at the JV meeting

This is not apparent. There does not appear to be anything in the NR that couldn't have been said a month earlier. There is no data or numbers or anything to show for the delay. If anything it looks like we are further away from the optimization results than we were before.
