I believe the high end of a buyout number would be closer to .10 a lbs from a bunch we have seen in the past. So a guess for a buyout would be 120 million. But again the range seems to be between. 04 to .10. I did hold a company once that went for. 02/lbs in Peru a long time ago.

That is if someone goes by pounds in the ground vs. Npv, etc.
