I'm with Calvin on this, I thnk they're going smaller and cheaper for start-up and a quicker pay-back period. That doesn't mean that it would be less profitable in terms of the cost per pound of copper.

The NR specifically stated that they were doing core re-logging and mapping, focusing on the first 10-15 years of potential mine life.

I think that's what they are doing, defining a smaller project. It doesn't mean the overall size has gone but the initial project could be smaller.
