Long term goal - use future cash flow to expand it further (Similar to Highland).

Actually that is similar to Fort Hills for Teck as well. Don Lindsay stated back in January (Feb?) of this year that they could pay for Fort Hills out of cash flow. I'm sure that's what they are planning with Schaft Creek too.
