Antofagasta orchestrated this entire situation to its own benefit, IMO.

This is a classic case of a larger partner squeezing out a junior explorer to get 100% ownership of a quality property.

This is also a reason why I would never gamble on an approach like Dogger's. I can only imagine selling my CUU shares that I've been sitting on for years in hopes of buying back several pennies cheaper, and then having a takeover offer come out of the clear blue. That would be just my luck.
