Why would he take anything less,look he can wait. As much as we would like to be out of CF nobody is going to rush him into selling he has a price if they want to pay good if not we will be partners with them or we will sell to someone else. All what you listed might influence our daily SP but will not the final price. Just my 2cents.

I'm not arguing any of your arguments besides how do you know he would not accept less than the highest PP ?? He supported the company in times it needed funds, the SP could have been 3$ or 25 cents someone needed to keep life support on.
