From the below link i came up with some prices the FS came out in june 2012 from what i remember.

the national average price from may and june closest date to FS was 1.289 for retail the 1.08 published in the FS represents around a .21 reduction from retail to contract wholesale

the national average price for the last 2 months works out to about 1.265 so with the same discount applied of .21 you bring it down to 1.055 so we are talking about .025 per liter so unless i'm calculating something wrong you are looking at about 2.5% reduction in price not 25%.

Although I would love to see how a 2.5% reduction would still make a dramatic change in dollar wise I'm not sure how to calculate what it would do to improve our cost per pound
