For a production decision I think we are looking at it comming sooner then later. After the optimizations are done and added to the FS, according to the agreement, there wouldn't be anything left to delay.

That would essentially function as an anti-mothball clause wouldn't it? Would be good news if that is the case.

I thought there was no timeline protection included in the JV. Would love to be wrong on this, please point out where you found this...
