I have yet to see anything stating that a decision has to be made once the required items are done. But, and it is a big but, is deciding to delay not still a production decision?(just one we wouldn't like)

The jv seems more straight forward then salazar was. My guess is we can hold teck to the fire alittle better since everything is plainly written. Like for instance cuu should be able to put forward to the management committee a request for a decision.(which cuu is sitting on). Honestly I am still digging through the sections of the jv with respect to the management committee,what is the representation on it etc.
