According to the Feasiblilty Study (http://www.copperfoxmetals.com/i/pdf/FeasibilityStudy.pdf): Look at Figure 24.2 (Summarized Project Schedule) The Project was "supposed" to start on April 2013 (4 months after the FS complete) and be to be completed Phase I by December 2019. That is six years...

I know that there is talk about a smaller mine but still these things usually take longer
