"They anticipate demand will outstrip supply in copper from about 2018 onwards at least for a decade." Anticipate is kinda like speculate and it seems investors don't have much interest for speculation right now.

The outlook for copper both short term and long term seems to change weekly and sometimes daily, so it is hard to keep up on it. I think the market has taken notice and that is why juniors are trading at these undervalued/depressed levels. If specific juniors or exploration companies want more investor attention they better have one clear and precise game plan, or the money just wont jump in.
