I would like to add that a clear long term survival plan would show Teck that we are here to stay and waiting for us to run out of cash or implode isn't going to happen. If they see us as weak and on shaky ground financially, it benefits them to wait it out.

If its clear we are able to survive till the market turns, they benefit by taking us out now, before the market turns?
