Creating multiple aliases to manipulate ratings is not allowed here. There was an issue with this exact same thing with another hub leader a couple years ago, and the secondary alias was removed by AG Admins, and the Admins made a detailed post here explaining why those secondary aliases are not allowed here.

If you look at the alias created yesterday after the Pic alias was Deleted, you will see there are already 'Activity' points despite no posts. That means another alias gave that new alias a RATING. Despite not posts, the manipulation of the ranking system is already going on with the new alias, and it's wrong.
