Do you think it is a good idea to try and sell off DF into this poorly performing market? If we waited for better times (which will inevitabally come) we could profit much more?

Buying at fire sale prices and selling the asset when money is pouring back into the market makes the most sense to me. We already own it 100%, I don't see the reason to push forward now. No partner to appease, so we have time, I think.
