BHP does not seem to be active, KGHM Carlotta is closing down (http://www.kghminternational.com/our-operations/open-pit/carlota-mine/default.aspx ) but Freeport has plenty of sulphuric acid and may have capacity. CUU will probably have to finish the PEA , apply for permits and then call Freeport to play let's make a deal.
