I don't understand what this is to mean at all. $4/share is almost a quarter of teck's share price sure, but what does that mean, nothing? At $4/share that is ~1.6bil and the market cap of Teck is 9.61bil at $16.64/share. So being a quarter of the share price is meaningless and missleading. Share price is only half the equation.
