Re: How low can this possibly go?
I have no idea. To me there are two ways of looking at the low price possibility. One way is that we can't go more than 10 cents lower - unless the company goes bankrupt. The weird part is that we have dropped about 11.5 cents since October 20th.
The other way of looking at it is that are there is massive compression. What I mean is that the same $ will buy lots more shares than it used. With 420 million shares @ 10.5 cents we have a market cap of $44 million. In other words, if you take out EE portion and other insiders there are about 200 million shares floating - if all were available (and I know that they are not) they could be purchased for a mere $21 million. But at 8 cents only needs $16 million. At 5 cents only $10 million. At 1 cent and $2 million some individual investors could buy half the company.
I continue to buy more shares as the price goes down. I have purchased shares at: 1.27, 1.03, 0.85, 0.69, 0.65, 0.58, 0.51, 0.42, 0.36, 0.225, 0.13, and now 0.105. Sure I would love to have only started investing this month but life is not like that.
Warren Buffet says you should know the company that you invest so well that you would be delighted if it dropped in price by 25%. So even though the price has dropped over 90% for me, so I continue to buy.
