Not sure what you mean by that but, generally, those who are established posters here do get cut some slack, rightly or wrongly. More importantly, though: if you’re looking for consistency, you’ll be disappointed. Violations get posted and processed differently, according to the circumstances of the day and according to which hub leader responds first, to name two more factors. That’s just how it is. I think we try to be fair but there will always be those who disagree with a particular decision.
