I would think that a recently done BFS that formed the basis of their purchase wouldn't be deemed "historical"?

But the wording IS pretty clear, it definately would be considered non 43-101 compliant.

The wording kept using the term "estimate". Could the wording be referring to something like a Resource Estimate, but not a FS (seeing a FS has a much higher level of accuracy and more detailed with pit design, CAPEX, etc.)?

Just curious if you think that's possible?

You would hope after all the work it would be still be valid? Exchange rates and metal pricing excluded of course. If the numbers need to be redone everytime a project changes hands or a JV formed - that seems a bit over the top to me anyways.

But regulations don't always make sense...
